ThumbnailCity Version 2.2 Development items

We plan to select several items to be developed in Version 2.2 from the following candidates. If you have any comments, we would appreciate it if you could comment on this page. We will use them as reference when selecting development items.
- Performance improvement on the Viewer
- When movies with high bit rate are displayed in the Viewer, the response time from seek to image display may be slow, so we will redesign the Viewer to improve the performance.
- Extend display mode on the Preview
- There are three types of preview displays: “Fixed vertical split”, “Fixed horizontal split”, and “Auto split”. We will add new modes “Thumbnail only” and “Scene list only”.
- Thumbnail rotation (in 90 degree)
- Enable to display thumbnails of the original video image rotated by 90, 180, and 270 degrees.
- Thumbnail trimming
- Enables the display of thumbnail that enlarge only a specified portion of the original movie image.
- Thumbnail customize for folders
- The default Windows folder thumbnail display allows the OS to select and display thumbnails within a folder on its own. So we will allow the specify the thumbnails to be displayed in folder.

「プレビュー・表示モードの拡張」は、別事情もあり、V2.1.10として近日中に公開することになりそうです。

このご意見は、「サムネイルのトリミング」に対しての要望でしょうか？それともプレビュー表示時のサムネイル表示に対しての要望でしょうか？ 「さらに大きく」したい対象が何であるかをお知らせ頂ければ助かります。
なお、V2.2では追加ライセンス料等は考えていません。
